Please kindly take note that there might be some delays in deliveries due to the holidays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
For Domestic Customers
Kindly be informed that your parcel deliveries might take some extra days (around 3-5 working days) if there is any public holiday. Otherwise, your parcel could arrive in 1-3 working days depending on the delivery arrangement by the post office or courier company.
Free shipping to West Malaysia for order value above MYR180 and to East Malaysia for order value above MYR200.
For International Customers
All orders are shipped from Malaysia. The shipping cost of all international orders will be determined by your region, and the individual weights of each product.
> Due to COVID-19 crisis that has impacted the delivery services and the economic turmoil, most of the courier companies and post office has continuously increased the shipping rates.
You are highly encouraged to consider Registered Express Shipment (DHL Express, FedEx etc) as your shipping option. Please note the shipping rates are for courier service which we advocate customers use for security and peace of mind. Registered Express Shipment (with end-to-end tracking) allows your package to arrive faster and safer. It allows you to expect arrival of your goods in 3-6 working days* from the day you receive the shipping notification.
> We are now able to ship parcels to India, Philippines and Indonesia (and some other countries) with registered small packet or EMS. Feel free to drop us an inquiry via email or chat box at our web-store for further assistance. Please kindly take note that shipments via this shipping method might take around 2-3 weeks (or longer) for the parcels to arrive.
