Terms & Conditions:

1. The 11.11 Sale runs 11 Nov 11:11 AM – 13 Nov 11:11 PM (Malaysia Time) (referred to as “this term”).
2. Valid only for orders placed during this period.
3. Not applicable to items reserved or held in advance before this term.
4. To combine multiple orders (before or after this period), please leave a note at checkout or contact us via email, we’ll assist shortly.
5. The discount mechanism of the sale shall be as follow: 11% off on purchase with no minimum purchase and 15% off on orders above RM300.
6. All orders during this term must comply with our store policies.
7. If any item becomes out of stock, we’ll reach out via email with available options.

 Please kindly take note that:

1. Due to anticipated high volume, all orders placed during the sales will only be begin processing from 18th November.
2. Domestic and international delivery delays may occur due to increased logistics activity around 11.11 and Black Friday.
3. Wrapping and extras may be simplified to ensure smooth and timely fulfilment.
