Latest Update on Current Situation: COVID-19 Impact

For Domestic Customers
All parcels within Malaysia are shipped with PosLaju.
Kindly be informed that your parcel deliveries might take an extra days (around 3-5 working days) during the extended Movement Control Order (MCO) period. Otherwise, your parcel could arrive in 1-3 working days depending on the delivery arrangement by the pos office.
For International Customers
We have been welcoming orders as always, however, please kindly take note that there may be some heavy delays in deliveries during these times due to the significant reduction and cancellation of flights across the globe and also the border restrictions or prohibitions implemented in most countries to minimise the COVID-19 spread.
As the delivery standards and schedules cannot be guaranteed until the situation has returned to normal, you are highly encouraged to consider upgrading your shipping method to Registered Express Shipment. The shipping cost might be higher but this allows your package to arrive you faster and safer.
An email will be sent to you in a few days after your order has been placed to update you regarding to available shipping methods at that moment. There might be surcharges depending on your choice of shipping method.
For orders ship to South Korea and China, we can only ship your orders with express shipments.
