Brass Ballpoint Pen

Crafted in a small press factory in downtown Tokyo, this ballpoint pen combines a solid brass holder with a sleek, retractable design. When not in use, the pen tip can be stored inside the body, making it compact and easy to carry.

The top ring allows you to attach a hook or string, while removing it transforms the pen into a clip-free version for a cleaner look. Clip it casually onto your Traveler’s Notebook cover, or slip it into your pocket. This pen is made to travel with you through life.

When new, the brass shines with a golden lustre, but as you use it, the surface oxidises and matures into a rich, deep tone with a vintage warmth. Refills are available so you can continue using it for years, enjoying the subtle changes that come with time.

The ring part can be removed, allowing you to use the pen without the clip.

Over time, the surface of the brass oxidises, gradually developing a deeper and softer tone that exudes character and warmth. To allow you to fully enjoy the natural texture and patina of the brass, no surface coating has been applied. As a result, you may notice fine scratches when new but these will blend beautifully as the colour deepens with use.

To complement the evolving patina of the brass, the cap and clip are finished with an iron-like texture. Slight spots or uneven tones may appear, but these too will settle naturally as you continue to use the pen.
