Mariko Fukuoka is a Kyoto-based illustrator known for her soft, hand-drawn style. Her work captures gentle everyday moments through delicate colours and warm textures. After working as a graphic designer, she transitioned to freelance illustration, creating artwork for magazines, packaging, and stationery. Inspired by daily life, her illustrations evoke a quiet sense of comfort and nostalgia.
