願成 (Wish to come true) Rubber Stamp

Sold Out

This wooden rubber stamp features 3 Chinese/Japanese characters of 願成 (wish something to come true/wish for) in Chinese Calligraphy and are stylised into a rectilinear geometry. The geometrical style developed from the needs to adapt Chinese characters to block seals and stamps for official purposes in the past.

This rubber stamp would be great for adorning your journal pages, adding personalised touch to outgoings or any projects. It would also make a unique gift for people who are looking for something different.

Each piece of rubber stamps is assembled by hand with care and attention to details. We hope this unique creation will add some sparks in your everyday life.

Size: 1x1 cm

Made in Malaysia

We believe that hand-written form has no equivalent in computer fonts.

Chinese calligraphy is a visual art. It is long considered as the most sublime art form in China, is like a carefully choreographed dance—precision, balance, poetry, rhythm... it's all there in perfect harmony (Asia Art Museum, 2012).

Calligraphers express their character through their characters, which is a culture devoted to the power of the words. Distinct from mere writing, we believe that these handwriting should continue to be valued, collected, and treated as art.

We believe that hand-written form has no equivalent in computer fonts. These rubber stamps are designed based on the Chinese calligraphy written by a full-time young Malaysian calligrapher, Kweh who is passionate to achieve comprehensive creation and development with Chinese Calligraphy, integrating the culture into media, business, design and education.
